"This was a tale of adventure and teamwork, highlighted by bright & cheerful illustrations. The story was solid and clear, and the repetitive nature of the writing lends itself well to young readers (6-8), especially those with learning difficulties. I loved the blending of reality and imagination emphasised by the illustrations."

"Beautiful illustrations and lovely rhyming text. I have a 5 year old daughter and a 3 year old son and they both loved the book. I especially love the song!"

"Beautifully bright illustrations with wonderfully written song-a-long verse, Treasure! is sure to deligth young readers for years to come! I was given a digital review copy of this ebook by Bronwen in exchange for an honest review but when I read the story I knew we had to have the print copy of the book which we purchased through her website. It arrived today with a gorgeous CD with a delightful song that goes along with the story. Thank you Bronwen!"

From Crazy Mother Crafter

This book encouraged involvement and was easy for the older kids to read alone and the illustrations were engaging that Miss 2 will sit and look at it by herself. I think this book has a wide audience from toddlers to school age kids. The price is very fair for the book with its lovely glossy cover and rich feeling pages the picture and colour quality of the illustrations are fantastic. This is a book I could very easily see at a main stream book store next to books like Hairy Maclary and The Hungry Caterpillar. Click to read the whole blog

Treasure! is a cute new picture book by Bronwen Billinghurst illustrated by Danielle Fontaine. The story appeals to me because it is about a group of scruffy bare-footed kids using their imagination to go on a Pirate adventure in the search of hidden treasure.
